I’d just like to thank you for all your assistance I getting Rose over to me in the Netherlands. Your helpfulness and patience in this process is really appreciated.

I wish I had a video when we collected her however there was a cat being handed over to its owner at the same time as we collected Rose and it was a little chaotic so I wasn’t able to record it.

Thank you so much to Gabriela at Flying Animals for helping make both my daughter and my dreams come true in delivering our baby dog to us safely, swiftly and soundly. The start-to-end service was thorough and kind. Gabriela was patient and attentive throughout. I am sure I was a tricky case as I had to change dates, cancel and then postpone bringing my pet abroad, but she made it easy and helpful despite. Rocky, our yorkie, arrived unscathed and boisterous easily on the other side with no problems at all. Immediately he got out his crate and was happy and content and full of energy and excitement at his new surroundings. I had been worried initially about how it might affect him and thought it might be a traumatic experience. On the contrary, he arrived seemingly without stress at all. This is contrary to what fear mongers spread - cold cargo, animals that can't breathe or eat; death and cruelty. He clearly was cared for along the way and arrived 100% intact and happy. A huge thank you to Gabriela who supported me throughout the process and was really kind and helpful. Thank you to all. You all sincerely seemed to have the best interests of both me and my pet in mind. Definitely recommend.
